Tacto offers you several ways to get familiar with the modules: the Tacto Academy for self-paced, module-based learning, module trainings by our module experts as video recordings, or the Help Center for reading up on information.
The Tacto Academy
How it works
1. Prerequisites
Users are registered in coordination with your Customer Success Manager
2. Access to the Tacto Academy
Send your Customer Success Manager the users who should complete trainings (we need first and last name as well as the email address)
You will receive an email with your access to the Tacto Academy
Use the link in the email to set your own password
After logging in, you will see all courses assigned to you in the course overview
You work on exercises in a separate training workspace with demo data
You can return to your main Tacto account at any time via the workspace name at the top left → Switch workspace.
3. Structure of a course
Learning paths: course overview per module, building on each other
Trainings: short videos in the real product, followed by a knowledge check
Exercises: exercises in the training workspace; results are checked immediately
Badges: completed trainings unlock badges per level

Q: Who gets access to the Tacto Academy?
A: Our Customer Enablement team sets up access for the users you nominate.
Q: Can I repeat a course several times?
A: Yes, assigned courses remain permanently available in your course overview.
