Change your user name: Settings → Account → Profile → edit your name.
Choose the application language: Settings → Account → Profile → select the application language you want in the "Language" field (German, English, French, Italian, Polish, Slovenian, Spanish, Chinese). Each user sets their own application language.
Admins define which language Suppliers receive content in under Settings → Workspace → General Settings → "Supplier languages" card → "Manage".
