Global search

How to open the search

You can open the search bar in two simple ways:

  • Click the search icon in the sidebar, or

  • Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + K on Windows or Command + K on Mac.

To close the search, simply click outside the search field or press the shortcut again.

Filters to narrow down the results

Directly below the search field you will see a set of filters for the areas you have access to – for example Suppliers, Contacts, Documents, RFQs/Requests, Categories, Findings, Tasks or Users. Click a filter to narrow the results down to that area; clicking it again removes the filter.

Results that take you straight to your destination

Search results appear in a clear, scrollable list – with up to 10 results at a time. On sufficiently wide screens, you also get a detail preview of the entry you hover over or select with your keyboard. This way you find the right thing in no time.

Clicking a result takes you directly to the corresponding page – no detours.

If the search field is empty, the search shows your recently opened results instead, so you can quickly return to them.
