Overview of the LkSG risk analysis

Meaning of the LkSG score, progress and risk status in the risk analysis overview.

Overview

The overview of the LkSG risk analysis shows all suppliers with their abstract and concrete LkSG score, progress and risk status. Relevant for everyone who tracks the status of the risk analysis.

Note: Score formulas, score thresholds, status values and table views are configured per customer. The values mentioned here describe Tacto's standard configuration – your configuration may differ.

LkSG score

  • The LkSG score is a risk assessment based on indices, supplemented by your Evaluations in the Tacto App.

  • The higher the score, the lower the risk. The maximum score is 100 points.

  • As long as no Evaluation has been carried out, the abstract LkSG score corresponds to the lower of the country and industry scores.

  • The underlying risk model combines measurable location and industry risk factors.

  • With an appropriateness assessment in the Evaluation, you can adjust the imported score. Once the Evaluation is concluded, the score is updated accordingly.

Progress

  • Processing pending: The abstract risk analysis is still pending.

  • In progress: A concrete risk analysis is required.

  • Processing completed: All legal positions have a score ≥ 80 or the assessment of all legal positions is complete.

  • Risk analysis skipped: In the abstract risk analysis, it was justified that no concrete analysis is required because there is no risk.

Risk status

  • Low risk: score ≥ 80

  • Medium risk: score between 60 and 80

  • High risk: score < 60

  • Red flag: A substantiated suspicion of a violation was entered in the concrete risk analysis, or an ad hoc risk analysis confirmed a known violation.
