Overview
For locations with identified risks or violations, you define preventive and remedial measures and track them as Tasks in Tacto.
Prerequisites
The Evaluations of your locations have been concluded ((3/5) Conduct the risk analysis).
What the LkSG requires
Preventive measures: If your risk analysis identifies a risk, you must take appropriate preventive measures without delay (Section 6 (1) LkSG). In your own business area, these include training and risk-based control measures (Section 6 (3) LkSG).
Remedial measures: If a violation has already occurred or is imminent, you must take appropriate remedial measures without delay (Section 7 (1) LkSG). In your own business area in Germany, the remedy must end the violation; abroad and at group companies, it must do so as a rule.
Effectiveness: Review the effectiveness of your measures once a year and on an ad hoc basis (Section 6 (5), Section 7 (4) LkSG).
In the standard configuration, you define measures for locations with a medium or high risk. You can find examples in the articles Preventive measures and Remedial measures.
How to create measures
1. Create a measure in the Evaluation
Open the location's Evaluation and click Create task in the Tasks section. The Task is then linked to the Evaluation.
2. Alternatively: create a measure in the location's profile or in the Tasks module
You can also create measures in the location's profile in the Tasks tab or in the Tasks module via Create Task.
Note: Create LkSG measures as Tasks. The Opportunities area in the Tacto App is intended for savings potential.
3. Track measures
Assign a responsible person to each Task and track its status (Open, In Progress, Closed).
In the standard configuration, add the label ESG to the Tasks so you can filter them together.
