With negotiation notes, you prepare strategies, record meetings and document results – directly in the Supplier profile.
Where can I find the notes?
Sidebar: On the Negotiation tab, the Negotiation preparation sidebar is open on the right. Use the panel icon at the top right to show or hide it. This way you can write notes while keeping an eye on the cockpit.
Full-screen mode: For focused writing, click Open in fullscreen on a note.
Create and manage notes
Create: In the sidebar, click + (Create note).
Delete: In the note's three-dot menu, click Delete. Right afterwards, you can reverse this via Undo.
Share and print: In full-screen mode, the three-dot menu contains Copy URL and Print. Charts are printed as well.
History: Each note shows who last edited it and when; the tooltip shows who created it.
Writing in the editor
Every paragraph, heading and list item is its own "block".
New block: Press Enter to create a new text block.
Insert blocks (full-screen mode): Use the + to the left of a line to insert headings, bulleted lists, numbered lists, checklists, quotes, dividers or tables.
Move blocks (full-screen mode): Use the drag handle (six dots) to move a block via drag and drop, duplicate or delete it, or turn it into another type.
Format text: Select text to open the toolbar (Turn into, Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough, Link).
Link with "@": Type @ to link e.g. Suppliers, Articles, Documents, Contacts, Requests, Categories, Findings, Tasks, users or a date.
