Warnings for expiring or nearly fulfilled contracts
Price development of the contract Articles to support negotiations
Dashboard & overview
In the central dashboard, you see at a glance:
Active: number of active quantity contracts
Expiring: contracts that expire within the next 90 days
Nearly fulfilled: contracts for which more than 80% of the contract quantity has been called off
Contract coverage: share of order volume with contract reference in the current vs. the previous 12 months
This overview helps you prioritize contracts and follow up on them systematically.
Fulfilled quantity and delivered quantity
In the overview, you see two quantities per contract item that measure different things:
Fulfilled quantity: how much has already been called off from this contract item via orders – regardless of whether the goods have arrived yet. The fulfilled volume shows the same call-offs as a value in local currency.
Delivered quantity: how much of it has actually been delivered according to goods receipts. It counts the goods receipts on the orders placed against this contract item.
The delivered quantity is therefore usually equal to or lower than the fulfilled quantity. A contract can be 100% fulfilled even though part of the goods is still outstanding.
Example: contract quantity 100 pieces, of which 80 pieces have been ordered and 60 pieces delivered. Tacto shows a fulfilled quantity of 80/100 and a delivered quantity of 60/100. The difference of 20 pieces has been ordered but not yet delivered.
Both bars are highlighted in orange from 80% and in grey at 100%. The Nearly fulfilled status and quick filter refer to the fulfilled quantity.
Note: Goods receipts only appear in Tacto once they have been transferred from your ERP system. A recently posted goods receipt may therefore not yet be included in the delivered quantity.
Warnings in the overview
Expiring contracts are marked in the overview with a warning ("Contract is valid, but the expiry date is in the next 90 days."), nearly fulfilled contracts with an orange fulfillment bar. Use the quick filters Expiring and Nearly fulfilled to find these contracts directly.

Findings: orders without reference to the active quantity contract
If activated for your organization, the maverick buying agent automatically creates Findings for orders without reference to the active quantity contract – so that negotiated conditions are actually used and negotiated prices become the prices actually paid.
How to use the Findings
Open Savings → Findings.
Filter by the Finding type or the maverick buying agent.
Open a Finding to view the Supplier, Article and affected contract.
If needed, start an opportunity via Start opportunity.
Known limitations
The Findings require contract and transaction data to be available in Tacto.
