Export Order Data in Microsoft NAV & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (via Configuration Packages / RapidStart)

1) Starting point: Open Configuration Packages (RapidStart Service) using the search bar

2) Import new package

3) Select the PackageTACTO.rapidstart package

This package includes all the tables required for data export. The order data is limited to orders placed on or after January 1, 2023. This ensures that Tacto receives all relevant and up-to-date data.

The package does not need to be “applied.” Simply follow the instructions below.

4) Result: The required tables are available

Double-Click the package to open its card.

5) Select & Export Tables

Select the top five tables in the list and choose “Export” from the Excel menu to download the data to your computer.

6) Data is downloaded to your computer. This data is then made available to Tacto.
