Overview
You send the LkSG self-disclosure to your locations as a Request and evaluate the answers in an Evaluation for each location. Guidance on evaluating the answers can be found in (4/5) Explanations of the legal positions.
Prerequisites
Your locations have been created in Tacto ((1/5)) and the people responsible have been trained ((2/5)).
How it works
1. Create the self-disclosure as a Request
Open Requests › Supplier Requests and click Create new.
In the Create new Request dialog, choose the self-disclosure form for your own business area under Select form.
Enter a title and click Create Request.
Note: In the standard configuration, Tacto provides a form for the LkSG self-disclosure. The name and content of the form in your workspace may differ.
2. Add locations as Participants
In the Participants step, add all relevant locations.
Your locations are created in Tacto as Suppliers, so you will find them in the Supplier selection.
Then send the Request.
3. Create an Evaluation for each location
As soon as a location has answered the self-disclosure, open its profile and go to the Evaluations tab.
Click Create new Evaluation and choose the template for the risk analysis of your own business area under Select Evaluation template.
Note: In the standard configuration, the template is called “Risikoanalyse des eigenen Geschäftsbereichs” (risk analysis of your own business area). Your template may differ.
4. Complete and conclude the Evaluation
Evaluate the location's qualitative answers on the legal positions human rights, labour rights and environmental rights. Your assessment is included in the result of the Evaluation.
Conclude the Evaluation once all answers have been evaluated.
In the standard configuration, this results in a risk classification of the location: low, medium or high. Score formulas and thresholds are defined by your Evaluation template.
