Standard users see all Analytics reports, create their own Analytics views, work with cost models, and edit and close Findings.
Analytics & cost models – Key user and Admin only
manage Analytics data cleaning: label transactions, maintain filter rules.
manage Cost Indexes: create, edit and delete custom indexes under Settings → Tools → Data sources. Standard users can only view them.
Analytics – Admin only
manage Analytics views: edit and delete other users' saved views.
Savings Findings & Opportunities – Key user and Admin only
create Findings.
manage Silencing Rules & Dashboard. Standard users can only create their own muting rules.
manage Findings settings. Standard users can only view them.
Edit all Opportunities and delete Opportunities. Standard users can create Opportunities, but can only edit those they created themselves or are responsible for.
Dependencies
Analytics, cost models and Findings require permission to view Orders and Invoices.
Which spend a user sees can be limited per role (spend visibility, see "Managing users, Groups & roles").
