The roles build on each other: the Key user has all rights of the Standard user and more, the Admin has all rights of the Key user and more. As a rule of thumb:

Standard user | Buyers in day-to-day operations | Working: view, create, edit, publish and award – e.g. Suppliers, Articles, Requests, RFQs, Evaluations, Tasks, Analytics and cost models. |
Key user | Business owners who set up Tacto for their team | Additionally delete and configure: templates, Supplier lists, table views, Attributes, profile layouts, Document Types, custom indexes, Supplier Portal content and organization settings. |
Admin | IT or system owners | Additionally manage users, roles and Groups, plus organization-wide actions: other users' Analytics views, note templates, publishing the Supplier Portal. |
All three standard roles see spend across all plants, Suppliers and Categories.
