Table views define which columns, filters and sorting all users see in the Supplier overview. You set up a view once, and it is then available to the entire organization.
Permission: "manage Table Views" (Key User and administrator by default). Standard users can only use views.
1. Structure of the sidebar
The Supplier overview (sidebar → "Suppliers") has its own sidebar. At the top are the "Pinned views" (including "All Suppliers"), below them the groups (top-level categories) with their views (subcategories), each sorted alphabetically. Empty groups are hidden.
2. Create a new table view
Settings → "Objects" → "Suppliers" → "Supplier table views" tile.
Click "Create Table view".
Enter a "Name" and, under "Groups", select an existing group or create a new one via "Create new group" – the group determines the position in the sidebar.
Click "Create" – the column editor then opens directly.
3. Add columns
Three-dot menu at the top right → "Table settings".
Click "Link a new property".
Select the properties you want. Changes are saved automatically.
Create missing properties as a Supplier attribute first (see "Create Supplier attributes").
Properties of type address, payment term and table cannot be added as a column.
You can change the view's name and group in the "View information" area on the right.
From 25 columns onwards, the notice "Many columns" appears, as the table would otherwise become slower.
4. Save order, sorting and filters for everyone
Move columns by dragging and dropping the column header; set sorting and filters directly in the table like any user. To apply the settings for all users, save them: three dots → "Save changes…" → "Save". Use "Discard changes" to revert to the saved version.
If someone else has saved the view in the meantime, "New version available" appears – click "Synchronize configuration now" to load the current version.
5. Delete a table view
Settings → "Objects" → "Suppliers" → "Supplier table views" → three dots in the row → "Delete" → confirm in the dialog.
