Overview
In the first step of the risk analysis of your own business area, you record all locations and name the people responsible. Relevant for the people responsible for the LkSG risk analysis in your company.

How to record your locations
1. Download the template
Download the Excel template: LkSG - Erfassung aller Standorte.xlsx
2. Enter locations and responsible persons
Enter all locations of your own business area – in Germany and abroad, including group companies over which you exercise decisive influence.
Name the people responsible for the risk analysis. They will later receive the self-disclosure for their location.
3. Send back the completed template
Send the completed template to your Tacto Customer Success Manager.
What happens next
Your locations are created in the Tacto App as Suppliers. This allows you to send them the self-disclosure as a Request and to create an Evaluation for each location.
