Built on secure Microsoft Azure infrastructure
Microsoft Azure is the cloud platform on which we run our AI models and data. Azure meets more than 100 international and industry-specific compliance standards – including ISO/IEC 27001 certification and regular audits such as SOC 2 for security controls. In addition, Azure is designed to comply with the strict requirements of the European GDPR.
Data stays in the EU. All of our deployments run exclusively in Microsoft's European "Data Zone" regions. This ensures that your data never leaves the European Union (data residency).
What does this mean for you? Your data is stored and processed in an environment that has been independently verified. Features such as encryption, network security and monitoring are active by default. This ensures that your information is protected to the highest standards – while always remaining within the EU.
When you interact with our AI, your inputs and the responses are processed exclusively within the secure Azure environment. Microsoft confirms that data we send to the Azure service remains private – it is neither shared with other customers nor used to improve the base models.
