π‘ Article Overview:
The article describes the process of handling document requests within supplier self-disclosure, where mandatory documents can be highlighted, uploaded and rejected if necessary.
It provides a solution for the efficient management and submission of required documents through visual markers that indicate the status of document completion and thus enable a structured and error-free processing of requests.
When you are in the supplier self-assessment and open the document request, you will find a list of all the requested documents. Certain details are highlighted in orange, which means that they are mandatory and must be completed. To provide the necessary documents, please click on the "View" button next to the relevant document.
If you do not have a requested document, even if it is labelled as mandatory, you should reject the request. However, if you do have the requested document, proceed as follows: Upload the document by clicking on the "Add 1 attachment" option. Then enter the expiry date of the document in the field provided, which is labelled "Two". Once you have completed these steps, you can accept the request by selecting the appropriate option.
When processing document requests, for example in the context of TISAX, a request that has been accepted is clearly marked. If a request, for example for a DIN certificate, has been rejected but all the required information has been provided, this is signalled by a green mark. This green mark indicates that all mandatory information has been provided. Only when all the necessary information has been entered and all mandatory fields are marked green is it possible to submit the enquiry successfully.
