Initial situation:
Your customer wants QS-relevant certificates in the self-disclosure, which you cannot provide. As you have not filled in a mandatory field, you cannot send the enquiry.
Solution:
In order to be able to send the enquiry, you must make an entry in Tacto for each mandatory certificate, including the missing one.
Click on "View"-> "Reject request"
The green tick confirms that you have made an entry.
Once you have provided mandatory information for all documents, you can send the supplier self-disclosure form.
