How can I forward a request to a colleague?

Initial situation

Your customer has defined you as the contact person for a query, but it is to be processed by another colleague. You would therefore like to give your colleague access rights.

Please note: The email cannot be forwarded. Your customer has only authorised the query for your e-mail, so you need to authorise your colleague. You will find detailed instructions below.

Solution

Please open the initial e-mail that you received from your customer and then click on the "Fill out request" button.

Once the request opened in your browser window, please click on "Start now" button in order to fill out the request.

You can now share the request with a desired colleague to access the request in the top right corner of your screen by hitting the "share" button and adding the E-Mail-Address of your colleague.
