1. Navigating the Transactions Module

Where can I find the Transactions module?

To access the Transactions module, follow these detailed steps:

  1. Open Tacto and navigate to the left sidebar menu.

  2. Click on Transactions and decide between Orders or Invoices to open the table.

To access the Transactions from Price Development, follow these steps:

  1. Open Tacto and navigate to the left sidebar menu.

  2. Click on Procurement Analytics and navigate to the Price Development Report.

  3. On any table row, use right click to open the context menu.

  4. In the menu, decide between displaying the order or invoice data.

  5. This opens a modal with the underlying filtered transaction data.

  6. Either decide to close the modal using the X or use “Go to orders/invoices” to navigate to the transaction tables.


2. Filtering and Adjusting Views in Transactions

How can I filter transaction data?

Filtering helps refine transaction records based on relevant criteria. To apply filters:

  1. Open the Transactions module.

  2. Click on the Filter button at the top of the table.

  3. Select the criteria you want to filter by, such as:

    • Date – Select a date range to view transactions within a specific period. To do so, select a “order date - before” and “order date - after” to the specific dates.

    • Category – Filter transactions by a specific category.

    • Supplier – Filter transactions by a specific supplier.

    • Article – Filter transactions by a specific article.

    • Order or Invoice – Search for a transaction using its reference.

    • Position - Search for a transaction using its reference on position level.

    • Statistical & Requested Delivery Date - Search for the delivery dates on position level

    • Buyer - Search of the corresponding buyer

    • Plant – Filter transactions by the plant location or production site.

    • Incoterms & Incoterms Location – Filter by delivery terms and the associated location.

  4. Click Apply to update the table with the filtered results.

How can I adjust the Transactions view?

You can customize how transaction data is displayed by:

  • Sorting Columns – Click on column headers to arrange data by date, supplier, or amount.

  • Adjusting Column Visibility – Use the settings menu to show or hide specific columns.

To get the most out of the Transactions module, apply these best practices when using filters. Combining multiple filters allows for a more precise search, making it easier to analyze procurement data efficiently. Additionally, customizing your view helps highlight the most relevant information for your workflow.

  • Combine multiple filters to refine search results effectively.
