Languages in Tacto: Setting the App Language and Supplier Languages

Overview

You can choose the language of the application and define which languages content is provided in for suppliers. This lets you address international suppliers in their preferred language.

What this means in practice:

  • Choice of app language (English, German, Italian, French, Polish)

  • A preferred language per contact

  • Supplier languages in which content such as custom properties is translated – optionally required

  • Multi-language content, e.g. messages in RFQs and questions and properties in requests

Which problem does this feature solve?

Supplier content is not limited to German and English. Contacts are addressed in a suitable language.

Typical use cases:

  • Working with international suppliers

  • Sending emails and requests in the contact's language
