Built on Secure Microsoft Azure Infrastructure
Microsoft Azure is the cloud platform on which we run our AI models and data. Azure complies with over 100 international and industry-specific standards — including ISO/IEC 27001 certification and regular audits such as SOC 2 for security controls. In addition, Azure is designed to meet the strict requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data stays within the EU. All our deployments run exclusively in Microsoft’s European “Data Zone” regions. This ensures that your data never leaves the European Union (data residency).
What does this mean for you?
Your data is stored and processed in an environment that has been independently verified. Features such as encryption, network security, and monitoring are enabled by default. This guarantees that your information is protected according to the highest standards — and always remains within the EU.
When you interact with our AI, your inputs and responses are processed solely within Azure’s secure environment. Microsoft confirms that the data we send to the Azure service remains private — it is neither shared with other customers nor used to improve base models.
