How do I activate my Tacto-Account?

In this article, you will learn how to log in to your Tacto platform if you have been invited by a user.

After you have been invited to the Tacto platform by an admin, you will receive the following email:

If you now confirm your account, you will be taken to a log-in screen.

IMPORTANT: If your company has activated Single-Sign-On (SSO), it is sufficient to log in with your business e-mail address!

You will then receive an e-mail asking you to reset your password:

Once you have followed the instructions on the page and reset your password, you can log in again and access your Tacto platform!

What happens if my activation email has expired?

If your activation e-mail has expired, please contact Tacto Support. We will send you a new activation e-mail as soon as possible.
